Track ID with sample "we got to speak, to speak"?

I am looking for the name of a dance/rave track that was out around 93-94, it has a really cool tune in it, and also has a break in it, with a sample of a fast piched voice saying "We got to speed!, We got to speed!, We got to speed, to speed, to speed." The sample is used in "Infidus Hyperspeed" but it is another track with same sample i am looking for, mabe it's a remix of it? I dont know. The track i am looking for is not as dark as the Infidus one and has a nice lead synth riff in it. hope someone can help.
