Please please HELP me track this band.

Hi folks, you are my last resort. I have tried from every angle to find who this band is and song (I imagine it`s called changes)but have had negatives all along the way. Someone told me they warmed up for MJ at Roundhay Park Leeds 1992 I have the track but when try to upload it keeps saying upload failed but I dont know why nonetheless here are the lyrics It has a really distinct intro just wish I could let you hear it.
Changes....we should make some changes. When we feel under strain don`t hold back call my name will be true all the time what is yours will be mine.
