Please Help Identify Ocean Tune!! Clip Provided

My girlfriend is nutz about this tune...lost the tracklist to the mix it is from....if anyone knows who this is...that would be awesome as i would like to explore more tracks from this artist...Lyrics are something like " the motion of the ocean takes me out to you"...or something similar...

Also as per my earlier post if anyone knows a track that has female vocal's in it that say "if you listen you can hear neptune calling" it would be greatly appreciated...tack is proggy trance from around 1999-2000....unfortunately i dont have a clip of that tune....
