1994 warm d&b tune sampling the 'beep' from Papua New Guinea..

I'm not holding my breath on this one..

There was a warm uplifting drum & bass track (vocal free I recall) from 1994 which samples the very short submarine-sounding beep noise from Future Sound of London's Papua New Guinea..

Any ideas?
