Unknown Track from 96 - 00 ?

Hello

Found my old Minidisc Player tonight und played some of my old Discs. Some Tracks could be identified but i have my problems with 1 Track

I am pretty sure that it must be from 1996 - 2000
Bad that i forgot to enter the Track id to my MiniDisc. I have done that with all the other Tracks i found :(

Would be nice if anyone can help me

The track you are after: I am nearly sure it is called Dream Universe, but for now I am not sure which artist, or which remix. I will try to find out for you.

Closest I can find on Youtube is the Taucher remix of C M - Dream Universe.
