(early?) 90s break in background of "The Jackal" movie???

Hi, can you help me, please!!!
Found this piece in the movie The Jackal. But its not on any soundtrack! Im shure I heard it in early/mid 90`s on a radioshow in berlin. I recorded it but: the cassette is gone.
Tried also with shazam on an android phone but shazam only finds things like "white christmas":thumbsup:...
