Where can i get a clean sample of this and what is it off?

Can anyone id the sample being scratched at the start of this Youtube video. I need to get hold of it for a track i'm doing

I just recorded it from YT to 44khz wav so just trim it up and tidy up the EQ in post processing in your Audio Editor ;)

It's probably off the tv show "The prisoner"
