"I can Feel it Too.... In my head"...

Heard this played by Cherokee on "New Dawn, Meeting of the Minds" on Signal Radio (Stoke) back in 1992..
I've been after an ID for ages. It has a sample of what sounds like a young kid all freaked out, saying: "I can Feel it Too.... In my head"...
I think it started off with a sample that went:
"Listen to the beat, listen to the beat and it goes.. listen to the beat and it goes like this"!

It was quite a tough, dark hardcore/techno track.
Any ideas? :)

I've literally been wanting to know what this tune is for 18 years now!

It seems to be the 2nd track on the B side - "Kinetic origin"
Shame about the bad rip on youtube - I'll be looking to hunt down an original of this! :)
