Pip 3 ...guessing here, but if the clip's from summer '92 it might be worth checking out different mixes of MI7 'Rocking Down The House' to see if it's one of them.

Can't see how Pip 3 could be M17?
Only mix it might be is the disco version but more likely it's just a little house number with the sample over? Reckon someone would have Id'd it straight off if so......
