Hacienda 7 Dec 90 Graeme Park - Crazy Frenchman

Hi, does anybody know what this tune is on this Hacienda tape. The date on the tape is 7th Dec 1990, it's a Graeme Park night. I've ask Graeme Park, he can't remember the name of track or artist, but told me it samples Jeannine by Donald Byrd.
