those days and in the breakbeat scene..

Only toon I know from then is Master C + J* - One Day We'll All Be Free (12") at Discogs

but it aint yer clip, same vocal sample tho..

I'm not sure what you're asking here but this hardcore track has that vocal sample in it.

geeky's right that track in your sample is Musical Freedom, but are you not asking that?
