Techno sample in more recent tune

Hi Everyone

This is my first post :)

I'm looking to name an older tune which is sampled in this newer hard dance tune from 2004(Ed Real, James Lawson - Information Overload). Which techno tune is being sampled? AFAIk its early to mid 90's.

the sample is from dj hell/sprung aus den wolken...http://www.discogs.com/DJ-Hell--Elec...80.....classic track it is too...;)
