Please Help! Semi-Modern /Pop Rock Guitar

Please-- someone here has to know this tune!

It is a Pop(?) Rock Guitar Song - Opening Tune on Heavy Guitar and Driving Bass.

Reproduced key opening theme on piano - may be off key - but the tune is dead on and distinct. Starts with a downward guitar slide and very catchy baseline before the distinctive tune comes in (played on piano).
