Getting Stronger pop/house tune

No sample unfortunately, but I keep hearing it and am yet to get a lead on this track.

The lyrics are sung by a female vocalist (almost a bit Janet Jackson ish in her upper range) and that style of music.

The chorus seems to be -

"it's getting stronger, I can't take this any longer" or something like that, then she does this "Woh, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh oh oh" and the same lines are repeated again.

I've recently heard a down tempo version, but it was only playing in a car that drove past. It sounds a bit like Rhianna? So, I suspect that was an album version.

I love this song, but noone knows it when I ask them.
