Spoon full of sugar track? old skool 91/92

Got this track on an old Fantazia tape of Easygroove from around 91-92, the track samples Mary Poppins A spoon full of sugar & then goes into a superb piano breakdown...

Does anyone know what it is???

Damn Tiscali is shite..8k a second on a 10mbit connection lol
the spoon full of sugar sample is a diffrent track from the piano track,
I do know the piano track but im struggling to remember.Getting old lol
Possibly by "New Decade"
