Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, it's defenitely made from parts of Divine - Native Love, I recognized the sounds immediately.
Yet, does anyone know who made that remix? It goes on and on like in the sample, no variations.

Another step in the right direction, it could be Junior Sanchez, thanks to your tip i found this youtube link, which is nearly it, yet it's still not the original. The video states Transatlantic mix by housedelafunk.
