2 Groovrider Eclipse 91 Id's

I haven't got a clue on either of the clips.

But the 2nd clip provided, is some seriously awesome Belgium techno.

I'd love to know the track i.d of it also.

Which Eclipse event was this set recorded from?
Or was it just marked as Grooverider Eclipse 1991?

I have the 2nd one but can't remember what it's called, sorry.
