Peech Boys sample "tonight's the night": what song is this?

I got this off the radio back in 1996. The DJ would play it right before going into Summer Junkies' "I'm Gonna Luv U". Does anyone know what this is? Is it a remix of the Summer Junkies track or is it another song entirely that just uses the same sample? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a remix of the summer junkies track . to me there was few remixes that came out with it at the time . could be they dj cutting the track in before the mix.
