ID's for these please

Need help with ID's for the following tunes.
The 1st i dont have a sample of as i lost the tape but it's an old jungle tune from 92/93 its a bit pianoey (not a real word i know) and its has a sample of a song that goes..."let me love you now or never, let me hold you forever"...not the best description sorry about that best i can do..2nd tune is below it's from around 97ish and is NOT bonanza kid.
Once again any help would be greatly appreciated.
