Low-tempo techno music used in TV documentary

These clips are some "low-tempo techno" music used in a TV documentary called "Atom" shown a few months ago on UK TV BBC4. Maybe its been shown in the US too.

Knowing typical TV background music, this is probably fairly recent (probably released within the last 2-3 years) and also probably widely available, so it this should be an easy one!

Latest - I just did a google search (should have done it earlier!), and supposedly the music is by Paul Miller aka DJ Spooky.

I suspect that because some of the clips sound quite different, that they are different tracks off the same album.
