"when you hear this signal"

Bit of a long shot, I heard it on on a mix tape from years back (Colin Dale 1993ish i think), don't think i've got the tape anymore but i just found two tiny snippets of the tune on this Spiral Tribe video:

The sounds are at 1:44 and 1:56 (the reversed drum bit and "when you hear this signal" voice).

I seem to remember there being another hard techno tune on the tape with a similar high pitched male voice in a small break down bit of the song:

"rave alert" short high pitched warbling sample
"rave alert" short high pitched warbling sample
"rave alert" short high pitched warbling sample x3 or 4

Anyone recognise either? I'll see if i can find the tape to make it easier.

Awesome, thanks. I'm gonna hunt for that tape now cos listening to the tune again has made me remember some other great tracks on it. Did you find out what the "Rave Alert" one was though?
