wicked old skool memory tune i.d needed

heavy old skool tune always brings back memorys dont know what its called and have no audio sample all i can tell u is in the intro there is a vocal sample and the bird says

''somethings going on in my head''

if anyone can i.d it or send me some audio of it i will be one happy raver:mexican:

and goes on to repeat Nicolas Parsons... (or people are passing etc etc)

Any more clues?
