Techno ID i should have in my collection

Hi all,

I'm in the process of digitalizing my old mixtapes.
And i came across this tune which i CAN NOT find in my collection anymore (I'm pretty sure i still have it . maybe i overlooked or something) :@

I really hope someone can find it for me.

It's from '95 or '96 and it's Techno.
Thats all i have to go on i'm afraid.
