Haven't got the record but have it tracklisted in a Sasha set (@ Kaos NYE '91) as the Leftfield mix, so was just going on that. :)

I found the leftfield mix on youtube and it sounds different to the one I have, but it could be a diff leftfield mix! At least I know the name no, so thanks a lot!
