Drum and Bass tune crica 97/98 dialogue samples from Omega Man movie

need som help IDing this drum and bass tune! i recorded it of a dj mix at a party about 97 or 98 so tune coulde be from 94-95 till 98 but not later i reckon [if memory serves me right]
main identifying feature is a spoken word movie sample [at
1min08sec into the posted sample] when the beat drops out which i've identified as coming from the movie Omega Man [i think with charlton heston] :

'the very foundations of civilisation are beginning to crruuuuuumble....
marshall law is now nation wide......'

and then the beat kicks in again!
[the 'cruuuuumble' has a sorta effect put on it to draw out the word and echo it a bit]

later theres another bit of omega man sampling:

'we were warned of a judgement...
well here it is...
here..
now...'
