Forever Young 90's breakbeat tune!!

Can anyone have a flash of genius with this please?

It was a breakbeat tune and had a female vocal that repeated "Forever young, In your mind". Heard it loads on pirate radio in that era but don't have a soundclip.

Not much to go on I know but anyone who can help I would be grateful.
