Sorry I don't have much info on the track other than the sample 'Power, pain, hell!'

I actually spotted this id request somewhere else but it's tormenting me now as I know it's a track on one of my CD's but just can't think of it?

911 - The 4 Commitments but Knuckleheadz did a track called confusion which I think has the same sample: Knuckleheadz - Up Front / Confusion but I'm sure the first is the one you're after.
