Could the Ashanti track be this: ASHANTI - FOOLISH 2002 D&B REMIX- BRITISH PROMO 12"
Missy Elliot could be this: MISSY ELLIOT - WORK IT (DRUM & BASS REMIX 2)- BRITISH PROMO 12" - but it was hard to tell from the sample posted.
