This was a tune in the mid 90's with a slow drum and bass rhythm and I am sure it had a sample of bizzarre inc's vocal cry in it but it also had a sample off a TV film and it went something like "good news the big alerts been call off, all off, for those who had a hard time......sorry about that I guess all we can do..."
Loved this tune, can anyone guess?

Bit of pointless info...the 'good news boppers' bit is sampled from the film 'The Warriors'
It was originally sampled on Renegades Soundwave's Probably a Robbery.
