way out west???

i had a jay wearden tape from about 1990,there was a tune on it that sampled the good the bad and the ugly,some of the words in it were "there are 2 types of men in this world,those with loaded guns and those who dig,you dig" does anyone know what the tune was called and who it was by? ive got way out west in my mind for some reason!!
