XTC Booty or not?

Can someone please clear this up for me once and for all, I've been told this record is an XTC mashup/booty is that right? the only info on the vinyl is a cat # in the run out that reads - UC 1 and there's a sticker on one side that simply says Higgy, not sure if that's any help. Here are the clips off the piece of vinyl that I bought roughly in 1992.
