I've got a white label with number 4 on the B side. Someone told me recently it was DIY Hothead but I can only see the Warp release of Hothead. When I find it I'll come back to you.

I eventually found number 4 the other day. It's a white label cat S4G -0001 and discogs tells me that it's Alabama 3 - I Shall Be Released in Strictly 4 Groovers.
