This tune is on The Mind Penetration Remixes EP by Addiction on Vicious Pumpin Plastic Records (VIC 003R). The original, which is very similar, is on the original Mind Penetration EP (VIC 003)

Dancelica, the other tune that uses the same sample is Red Alert & Mike Slammer - In Effect on Slammin Vinyl. An absolutely classic tune.
Monty, the other tracks on these ep's are pretty good, so yeah i would recommend buying em
