Looking for a track from around 1999

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for a track that was played by DJ Marcello in one of his Chemistry sets back in 1999. I am pretty positive about the year, because the record he played right before it was Freaks On Hubbard by DJ Rush, which was released at that time.

Please note that the quality is not that good - this sample was transferred from cassette to CD to mp3.
