Errrrrrrrrrrrrm..........I have it and used to play it regularly.
My first thought was that it's a mix of Chapter 9 "Rollercoaster", but........erm.....I'm not sure. :S
I think it's actually a UK track and it will be from late 1995, or 1996 I reckon. I used to play it at Coventry Collosseum.

Can confirm its definitly Roller Coaster http://www.discogs.com/release/100061 The B-side is a great track too ;)
