4 track white label, forgot who it is!!

Alright lads n lasses, pulled this off one of the shelves the other day for a set, hadnt played it for years and ive completely forgot who it is, probably bought this in late 92 or early 93, no info on the vinyl at all, its bugging me to not know!!
