1. haven't got a clip of this and not sure when from but it's a male voice that says/repeats "getcha down, getcha into the groove? get-getcha down getcha into the groove"
2. see attached clip, its from 808 state show in 1993

Deffo remember that tune from Basics / Ronson, its a UK prog tune iirc
Its very Sashaesque - Ian King Coe or Paul Stelladry might know it
