Poltergeist Tune Id!!!!!!

im lookin 4 a tune which sampled the "poltergeist theme" back around 92-93 ish... any help appreciated!

i don't know about it being from 92 - 93 but there is this release which has the vocal of carrie-ann, "Mommy, I can't hear u mommy"..

Its from 94 but it is the only one i can think of that uses them vocals..

i have included a short soundclip 4 ya so you can confirm whether its the one or not..
