Help a newbie. Two Tunes from Billy Nasty 11 tape- 1993

First of all, I'd just like to say what a great idea this board is.

I've managed to ID a couple for some other people, so I thought I'd try my luck since there seems to be a lot of knowledgeable people on here.

Both come from my Billy Nasty 11 tape. I have quite a few more I want ID'd, but thought I'd start with these two.
