German(?) Minimal Techno Tune - Liebing?

Hi,

This track taken from a mixtape from around 1995 I have been after for ages....I am hoping many of you will recognise it as it is not that obscure.
I think its by Chris Liebing possibly..possibly on CLR but I would be utterly wrong. I say minimal but this is quite a banging peak time track.

Thankyou for your post but infortunately that is not the record....I found a copy of that tune last night and its not the one I am after. Thanks for trying though....the search continues...Anyone else?
