Sunscreem - Broken English (well hung parliament vocal)

anyone have any more ideas on thia like label, or mixes on the 12"

Hiya Mate! I was looking the other day on Discogs, as I too am keen to track a copy down. The only release I can see with the Well Hung Parliament Mix is this:

and it says on the notes Notes:Promo release. Track 4 appears as Well Hung Parliament Vocal Mix on promo 12" (XPR 1878).
which is this one 12" vinyl
