Just a description on this one.

Hi guys, Does anyone know this tune by my description?
It's from around '92ish. It samples the tune from Rose Royce - Car Wash (der, der de de der, der de de der de der, haha!!!!) and samples the "hip hop, a hip, a hippy to the hip hip hop" from Rappers Delight by the Sugarhill gang. I only heard this tune once on a Bowlers tape but it left an imprint in my memory!!! Can you help on this one?
