Any ideas on the tune in the background?

looking for some help on the tune being mixed in the background, the one with the raw hardcore music

quality tune, just love to know what it is, seem to recall it from the dock in liverpool back in the day

The tune being mixed in on the first ID sounds like -
Doc Scott - Surgery

2nd tune- sounds like "prodigy - charly" is one of the tunes and at the 20 sec mark sounds like the beat to - "urban shakedown - Some justice"
