Can you id this track?

I know KLF 3am Eternal is in there, but I am trying to identify the other track/tracks, specifically the rap vocal?

I don't even know who the mix is by, although I think the set is from 2001... I just have it as an mp3 file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
