Its very very similar to one of my fave ever tunes, Urban Nature - Get On The Floor

The reason your MP3 is labelled that is probably because it was bootlegged with 3 other tracks and labelled up as Koto - The Dream, which Im pretty sure doesnt exist..

Ive asked all over the place about this tune but no one seems to know

ive been thru nearly all the koto tunes, that aint one of em to the best of my knowledge :)
