Newbie here, can u help?

I've exhausted all on slsk with this one, maybe someone can help, I've also got a 1mb mp3 file to upload if it will help. Old Italian style Piano tune, female vocalist lyrics "If ever you need a friend, just call my name and I'll be there"........"I'll be there for you, I'll be there for you" ......and a male vocalist shouts "Brothers and sisters". cheers all most appreciated.
