got a tape from shelleys early 1990 dj steve warner & dj unknown, theres a techno kinda tune on it with a male vocal repeating over and over "to be or not to be" "that is the question" (in a deep serious kinda voice) i know its not much to go on but..............i'm hoping someone will recognise it??
