House Tune 1992/93

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can ID this old tune?. It's an old UK House track from around 1992 or 1993.
It has a sample in it that goes "Time, Time, Time, so Check out, so Check out, so Check out the Rhyme" and repeats, male vocal, and at the beginning says "Time so Check out the Rhyme the Mic", or "Fine So check out the Rhyme of mine" i'm pretty sure it says that, seems pretty rare.
