Sample from a hardcore tune

Well peeps if you can pull this one out the hat ill be pleeeeased.
I am looking for the original 12" record which is either on furious fish records or furious fish maybe the title or artist.

Dj Traxx used the sample on the high times e.p on moving shadow records 38 back in 93.

the original tune has this vocal right at the start which carrys on for about 2 mins then a real slamming braek comes in.
