House Tune 1992

Hi,

Can anyone ID this track I have on a tape from 1992.
It's an instrumental tune but has one voice sample that goes "I Gave You True Devotion, I Gave You True Devotion, I Gave You True Devotion", with excellent Chords in the background and a Top Bassline, also a Few Rave Stabs in there too, (not Hoover though).
